Vermicompost Production Manager
Gumption’s VermiBoost is our small-batch, hand-screened, premium vermicompost created from rabbit manure and hay bedding, transformed by our hardworking red wiggler worms. This microbial-rich, dark, earthy compost supports strong root development, improves soil structure, and enhances nutrient availability for healthier, more vigorous plants.
Every batch is produced slowly and naturally on Hot Cross Buns Homestead, using gentle methods that preserve the beneficial microorganisms that make vermicompost so powerful.

How to Use
Houseplants
Sprinkle 1–2 tablespoons on top of the soil and water in. Repeat every 4–6 weeks.
Seedlings & Starts
Mix 1–2 teaspoons into your potting soil before planting. VermiBoost is gentle and supports early root development.
Outdoor Gardens & Raised Beds
Add ¼–½ cup around the base of each plant or mix into the top few inches of soil monthly during the growing season.

Gumption is our energetic and enthusiastic Holland Lop who proudly manages VermiBoost production. He inspects the bins, oversees the worms, and keeps morale high with his charming personality and nonstop curiosity.
