When Missy is overseeing a project, everyone is suddenly on their best behavior.

As the Sales Director of Mississippi Mud Pie’s Garden Sprinkles, she ensures her signature product line is marketed and presented to her exacting standards. Missy inspects every bag, evaluates every display, and requires that her branding be executed with flawless precision. Nothing earns her approval unless it meets the high bar of “Missy-level perfection.”

Her crisp, no-nonsense manner keeps the staff focused and efficient, and while she is not afraid to express dissatisfaction, she is equally capable of offering quiet, dignified approval when the work truly deserves it. Her standards elevate the entire Homestead.
