As our Christmas Product Development Specialist, Noelle dreams up cozy, festive concepts with thoughtful care. Whether she’s observing new ornament designs, supervising seasonal craft trials, or brainstorming holiday packaging, she brings a touch of quiet magic to everything she touches. Her excitement is subtle but unmistakable—the soft wiggle of her nose, the hopeful shine in her eyes, the way she leans in as if to whisper, “What if we tried this?”
