Penelope is a bright, beautiful solid orange doe with a personality as vibrant as her coloring. Fussy, particular, and refreshingly honest about her preferences, she brings a delightful mix of precision and personality to the Homestead team. She knows exactly how she likes things done—and isn’t shy about communicating it.

As our Product Development Coordinator, Penelope excels at refining ideas, organizing tasks, and offering guidance to younger staff members. Her patient, structured approach makes her especially good at teaching junior Buns the ropes. She provides clear direction, gentle correction, and the occasional dramatic sigh when things stray a little too far from her carefully curated standards.

Penelope is hardworking and dedicated, but even the most productive Buns need their breaks. When lunchtime arrives, she dives headfirst into her food bowl with admirable focus, fueling up for her afternoon responsibilities. Adapting to sudden change… well, that’s not her strongest suit. But with enough reassurance and repetition, Penelope adjusts—as long as snacks are involved.

Fun Fact:
Penelope once spent ten minutes reorganizing a single piece of hay “because it wasn’t lying correctly.” The final result was, admittedly, perfect.
